For enrollment to be considered complete, you must submit a copy of your child's birth certificate, vaccination record, proof of address, and $50 enrollment fee. You can email documents to naturefieldcreativeacademy@gmail.com and PayPal your enrollment fee to naturefieldcreativeacademy@gmail.com (10% fee will be added).
